This is a comprehensive introduction to indoor climbing. It covers all the essentials of technique and movement to ensure that you leave with a thorough understanding of climbing techniques and safety. We also cover the gym grading system as well as the various types of climbing available.

Technique: using balance, flexibility, and strength to move up the wall
